合理的技术价值界限是理性决策的依据。对于复杂的新技术,尤其是后果不确定技术,不同主体间价值认知分歧直接导致价值界限不清,成为理性决策的难点。以保罗的实用对话伦理理论为认知路径,讨论此类技术价值分界方法。通过比较功利主义、自由至上主义在价值认识和判断上的后果差异,揭示后果不确定技术价值在不同主体间漂移的原因,探索在不同价值主体间产生伦理维度的技术价值界限方法。在开放式语义环境中,不同价值主体之间的共识即是技术价值的伦理界限,可为决策公正提供伦理支撑,避免因主体缺失而导致在应用中发生技术价值过度偏失和决策失当,为我国发展诸如转基因水稻等后果不确定技术决策提供可操作性的方法论借鉴。 相似文献

The COVID-19 crisis has fundamentally changed how many businesses operate and connect with their customers. Previously unheard-of government restrictions and sheltering-in-place requirements forced most professional services to transition to remote delivery methods (e.g., email, telephone, video consults, Shopify storefronts). Providers of low-touch services (e.g., lawyers, accountants) naturally lent themselves to remote delivery; however, those that offer high-touch services, particularly those in healthcare (e.g., doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists), experienced a drastic change in working conditions when going virtual. Despite a long history of resistance to virtual delivery, the pandemic created an unprecedented incentive for these high-touch professionals to experiment with underutilized care models such as telehealth: the provision of healthcare services remotely using telecommunications technologies. We examine the rapid adoption of telehealth during COVID-19 through the coming together or convergence of previously unrelated technologies, spaces, and practices. Our analysis reveals opportunities and challenges associated with going hands-off that apply to many other professionals providing high-trust services. Specifically, we offer nine guiding principles for building and protecting cognitive and affective trust in virtual and hybrid delivery models. In recent years, labor-intensive agricultural products from developing countries have exhibited inferior performance in international trade due to quality and safety incidents, among which pesticide residue is a major issue. Aiming to improve food quality and safety in the context of cooperatives, we introduced three categories of control measures: outcome control, process control and social control. Based on the Pre-Harvest Interval Standard (PHIS), we selected three indices, farmers’ implementation rate of PHIS, absolute distance to PHIS and relative distance to PHIS, to evaluate appropriateness of pesticides use, reduction of pesticide residue and safety improvements of agricultural products. By using random sampling survey data, we empirically analyzed the marginal effects of control measures and their combinations on food quality and safety standards. The empirical results show that implementing process control, namely, unified production standards or supply of unified agricultural inputs, can comprehensively improve farmers’ implementation rate of PHIS, absolute distance and relative distance to PHIS respectively by 34.9%, 3.2 days and 46.0% on average. While the effects of outcome control (safety inspection) and social control (bonus-penalty incentive or training) are restricted to other measures. Therefore, we suggest cooperatives should take farmers’ features, implementation conditions and the effects of control measures into consideration in order to make a sustainable management plan for improving food quality and safety and enhancing competitiveness in international markets. 相似文献

建立产业共性技术研发外包博弈模型,从政府视角研究以共性技术产出最大化为目标的最优政府支持性研发外包合同,并对最优外包合同影响因素进行分析。研究表明:足够多的政府预算是共性技术政府支持性最优研发外包合同存在的前提,最优合同条款随政府预算的增大而增多,企业保留收益增大倒逼政府预算增加;企业最优知识技术投入与共性技术价值系数以及从研发中分享的收益份额正相关,与政府支付的固定研发费用负相关;政府最优知识技术投入与固定研发费用及单位投入成本系数负相关;企业最优投入与政府投入成本系数负相关,与政府投入对研发成功的贡献系数正相关,且企业最优投入随其研发能力的增强而加大。最后,根据研究结论,从政府预算、项目前景及支持性资源分配3个方面提出共性技术研发外包合同实施的政策建议。 相似文献

网络嵌入视角下专利技术扩散路径间存在相关性,但这种网络内生性影响并未在已有研究中得到足够重视。将扩散因素归纳为:专利价值、专利保护、多维同配、结构嵌入,从扩散网络内生、外生因素两个方面构建分析模型,并以石墨烯领域为例,采用指数随机图模型,开展实证研究。实证结果说明:专利价值、技术、地理、组织层面同配性、闭合三角结构嵌入均正向促进专利技术扩散,而专利保护强度反向抑制技术扩散。值得注意的是,专利技术扩散存在强烈的结构嵌入倾向,融合网络内、外生因素的模型能够更好地捕捉专利技术扩散机制。 相似文献

This paper conceptualizes digital procurement readiness as a dyadic construct and introduces the supply chain practice view (SCPV) as a theoretical lens that can help guide future research on digital procurement. We build on a literature review and on dyadic, explanatory case studies to provide a nuanced understanding of how the digital readiness of supply chain partners—on both sides of the dyad—needs to co-evolve for the implementation of digital procurement practices. Specifically, we outline how the SCPV can serve as both a holistic and a supply chain-specific framework for future research on the following: 1) the antecedents that help explain why supply chain partners adopt inter-organizational digital procurement practices, and 2) the relational performance outcomes derived from their use. This study examines customers’ adoption and acceptance of smartphone apps to book their flight tickets. By integrating customers’ innovativeness, involvement and perceived trust as additional variables, this study extends the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and proposes a theoretical model that includes seven explanatory variables of the customers’ behavioural intentions: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, customers’ innovativeness, customers’ involvement and perceived trust. Data were collected from 369 customers who had booked their flight tickets via smartphone apps and was further analysed by employing partial least squares (PLS). Findings suggest that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, customer innovativeness and perceived trust are positive and significant determinants of customers’ intentions to book their flight tickets on smartphone apps. Disparity in the level of digitalization is a crucial driver of economic inequality in an economy. Although a pocket of its population is still bereft of the benefits of digitalization, India currently has the second highest number of internet subscribers in the world despite the nation's late adoption of digital technology. An accurate assessment of the current state of digitalization in the country is required for devising effective initiatives towards building a Digital India and bridging the nation's internal digital divide. Considering 17 major Indian states and 21 variables for 10 years, we constructed a composite index of digitalization with the help of Principal Component Method (PCM). This paper identifies factors responsible for the digitalization divide across states. In the second part of the analysis, the study confirms, with the help of club convergence test, the absence of overall convergence towards digitalization and the existence of the non-convergent group. This paper also shows that the non-convergent group of states are at the bottom of the ranking table which indicates the need for greater attention to initiatives to bridge the digital divide. 相似文献
